My wish is that this parenthesis out of time, remains unforgettable!
After thirty years of culinary exploration, Chef Bernard Lévy has put down his suitcases at La Maison d’Akoula.
His inventive, "spicy" and tasty cuisine revisits in refined style African dishes – steamed cooked kedjenou, veal or yassa fish, terrine of agouti ... and highlights Côte d’Ivoire, the country where he spent all his youth.
The globetrotter restaurateur polished his skills at the famous restaurant "Trois Gros" (3 Stars restaurant in the Michelin Guide since 1968), before creating several trendy Parisian restaurants and bistros in Miami and Paris – “La colère du Gorille”, or "Le Cou de la Giraffe", the first fusion food bistro that has left its mark on the gastronomic life of the Parisian capital.
He won his stripes with a fusion of flavors of the world. This Chef loves to work mostly fresh products, fish in particular, and he has a passion for spices and marinades, two inexhaustible sources of inspiration.
He concocts his own preserves and skilfully scented oils bringing spices and lightness to the plate.
The menu of his restaurant changes constantly, guaranteeing a constant search for true flavors.
